Established in 1958, Vkan Certification &Testing Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CVC), affiliated to China National Electric Apparatus Research Institute (CEI), is a third-party technical service provider and an impartial institute specialized in testing and evaluation, with its headquarter located in Guangzhou Science City.

CVC is among the CB Test Laboratories with widest accredited standards in Asia, the system & product certification institute authorized by CNCA, and the state key laboratory, inspection and proficiency testing organization accredited by CNAS.
